Welcome to IntelligentFocus, a product of World Webchannels Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). IntelligentFocus is a UK-based subscription platform designed to help users set and achieve personal goals through emotional tracking, journaling, and AI-generated insights. By accessing or using our website or application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription and Payment

IntelligentFocus is a subscription-based service. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
  • Payment details are stored securely and encrypted.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Account Registration

  • To use IntelligentFocus, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use our platform.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the service or access it in a way that violates applicable laws.
  • You retain ownership of the content you input, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for service functionality.
  • You agree not to use the platform to post or share unlawful, offensive, or abusive content.

5. AI-Generated Content and Imagery

IntelligentFocus uses artificial intelligence to generate visual content based on user input, including journal entries and emotional tracking. While we strive to maintain appropriate and inspiring experiences, AI-generated imagery may occasionally reflect unintended or sensitive content. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated images are created algorithmically and may not always reflect your intentions.
  • You agree not to use or share any content that may be considered offensive, harmful, or inappropriate, whether generated intentionally or not.
  • World Webchannels Ltd is not liable for unintended outputs produced through AI generation tools, including visual or textual content.
  • Each image prompt can be refreshed a maximum of two (2) times. This limit helps ensure consistent performance for all users.
  • Attempts to bypass or exploit the generation limit may result in account suspension or restrictions.

6. Data and Analytics

  • We use Google Analytics to understand user behavior and improve services.
  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
  • Data is hosted securely in Microsoft UK data centers.
  • AI features may require data to be processed in non-encrypted formats temporarily.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, and branding on IntelligentFocus are the intellectual property of World Webchannels Ltd.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • IntelligentFocus is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or outcomes.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Users may terminate their account at any time through their account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
